Immune cell results showed that the scores of activated dendritic cells, B cells, macrophages, macrophages M1, macrophages M2, tumor-associated macrophages, regulatory macrophage, microglia, neutrophils, plasmacytoid dendritic cells, T helper cells, and Tregs were significantly higher, whereas Th2 cells and CD8+T cells were significantly lower, in glioma samples than in normal brain samples (p < 0.05, Figure 5A). The gene discussed is CD8A; the disease is central nervous system cancer.
