The scores for antigen-presenting cell co-stimulation, antigen-presenting cell co-inhibition, CCR, check point, cytolytic activity, HLA, inflammation-promoting, major histocompatibility complex class I, parainflammation, T cell co-inhibition, and type I interferon (IFN) response were higher, whereas those of T cell co-stimulation and type II IFN response were lower, in glioma samples than in normal brain samples (p < 0.05, Figure 5B). This evidence concerns the gene IFNA1 and glioma.
