“Oxidative phosphorylation” and “Fatty acid metabolism” pathways were enriched with low-risk score and high expression of ALDOB, ESRRG, and EFHD1, while immune-related pathways, including “Cytokine–cytokine receptor interaction,” “Chemokine signaling pathway,” and “Primary immunodeficiency” were significantly enriched with high-risk score and low expression of the prognostic genes (Figures 6A–D). This evidence concerns the gene ALDOB and inborn error of immunity.
