To further explore the correlation between miR-328-3p and EMT in HNSCC, we detected the mRNA and protein level of hallmarks of EMT, such as epithelial cadherin (E-cadherin), Vimentin, neural cadherin (N-cadherin) and transcription factors that repress the epithelial phenotype and activate the mesenchymal phenotype. The gene discussed is CDH2; the disease is head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
