CD83 and type 1 diabetes mellitus: Moreover, despite the high variability, Abneg FDRs and HCs showed on average the highest percentage of CD83+ DC-10, which was significantly higher compared with that of T1D patients (42.17% ± 19.16% and 48.19% ± 20.59% vs. 26.61% ± 15.43%, p = 0.0063 and p < 0.0001, respectively) (Figure 4B, Supplementary Figure S4A and Supplementary Table S2).
