This interaction between Lti-like ILC3s and TfH cells was also relevant in C. rodentium infection, which was demonstrated with the use of mice lacking MHC-II in ILC3s, observing greater numbers of TfH cells and pathogen-specific IgA after infection with C. rodentium.
