The results of GSEA enrichment analysis showed that the low PyroptosisScore group was enriched in cancer and immune-related pathways, such as antigen processing and presentation, apoptosis, B cell receptor signaling pathway, chemokine signaling pathway, cytokine receptor interactions, JAK/STAT signaling pathway, MAPK signaling pathway, natural killer cell-mediated cytotoxicity, cancer pathways, primary immunodeficiency, T cell receptor signaling pathway, and VEGF signaling pathway (Figure 9D). This evidence concerns the gene SOAT1 and cancer.
