Upon PbA-infection the proportion of CCL5+ monocytes vanished, so that CD8+ T cells (17.8%), CD4+ T cells (16.8%) and eosinophils (16.7%), together with M2-like macrophages (9.2%) were the main CCL5 producers in spleens of PbA-infected Ifnar1-/- mice (Figure 4D).
