The results of the GO functional enrichment analysis revealed that H. cordata is mainly involved in signal transduction, inflammatory immunity, regulation of chemokine production, etc. The KEGG enrichment analysis showed that the possible pathways involved in the anti-pulmonary fibrosis of H. cordata mainly included the phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase (PI3K)/Akt signaling pathway, MAPK signaling pathway, TNF signaling pathway, IL-17 signaling pathway, HIF-1 signaling pathway, and NOD-like receptor signaling pathway. This evidence concerns the gene AKT1 and pulmonary fibrosis.
