By constructing the luciferase reporter of NF-κB, we found that ZG could also reduce the nuclear translocation of NF-κB in BMMs stimulated by RANKL (Supplementary Figure S6), suggesting that ZG may also inhibit osteoclast differentiation and treat osteoporosis via inhibiting the NF-κB pathway. Here, TNFSF11 is linked to osteoporosis.
