TCF3 and Burkitt lymphoma: In this study, TCF3 was found to be up-regulated in Burkitt lymphoma tissues and cells, and when TCF3 was knocked down, it was observed that the proliferation rate and cell viability of BL cells were distinctly lower, and the apoptosis rate was notably higher, suggesting that the rapid growth and development of Burkitt lymphoma cells is related to the high expression of TCF3.
