GLI2 and urinary bladder carcinoma: GLI2, an end effector of the HHSP, has been reported to be up-regulated and serve as a cancer-promoting gene in several malignant tumors including glioma [9], colon cancer [10], bladder cancer [11], etc. In this study, we showed that GLI2 was frequently up-regulated in GC and high GLI2 expression indicated a poor survival.
