Then, the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) database was applied to analyze the signaling pathways in which the above-mentioned target genes were enriched, and it was indicated that the target genes of miR-340-5p were mainly enriched in the pathways in cancer, PI3K-Akt signaling pathway, and endocytosis, which were closely related to BC progression (Figure 4b).
