with age, CKD (G1 = 1, G2 = 2, G3 = 3, G4 = 4, G5 = 5), urinary albumin, serum albumin and hypertension (yes = 1, no = 0) as independent variables, Multivariate step-by-step logistic regression analysis (Wald Backward) showed that age and CKD were independently correlated with sarcopenia.: for every 1-year increase in age, the risk of sarcopenia increased by 6.9% (OR = 1.069, P < 0.001), and for each additional grade of CKD, the risk of sarcopenia increased by 45% (OR = 1.45, P = 0.013), as shown in Table 3.
