Our analysis showed that Ki (net uptake rate constant of [18F]DCFPyL from plasma) and k4 (dissociation rate constant of [18F]DCFPyL after binding to PSMA on PCa cells) model from 22-min dynamic PET was the more accurate and stable model to detect and localize DIL with excellent diagnostic performance versus digital histopathology as validated using leave-one-patient-out cross-validation (Fig. 3).
