When comparing the CD34 MFI data of AML blasts with the normal myHPCs on the viSNE nodes containing a significantly increased number of events, we noticed a statistical significant increase in t(8;21) AML blasts vs. myHPCs (P = 0.0196) and in inv(16) AML blasts vs. myHPCs (P = 0.0205), but a significant decrease in t(15;17) AML blasts vs. myHPCs (P = 0.0152) and in MLL AML blasts vs. myHPCs (P = 0.0102). This evidence concerns the gene KMT2A and acute myeloid leukemia.
