When comparing the HLA-DR MFI of AML blasts with the normal myHPCs on the viSNE nodes containing a significantly increased number of events, we noticed a statistical significant increase in t(8;21) AML blasts vs. myHPCs (P = 0.0439) and in inv(16) AML blasts vs. myHPCs (P = 0.0405), and a significant decrease in t(15;17) AML blasts vs. myHPCs (P = 0.0352), but not in MLL AML blasts vs. myHPCs (P = 0.0697). Here, KMT2A is linked to acute myeloid leukemia.
