Interestingly, only Coagulation Factor II Thrombin Receptor (F2R) was significantly up-regulated in gliomas (Figure 2A), and higher F2R expression was correlated with significantly worse prognosis of cases in both TCGA and CCGA training database (Supplementary Figure 3), which is consistent with the study that demonstrated F2R was causally associated with the progression of glioma (Auvergne et al., 2016). Here, F2R is linked to glioma.
