By comparing the mutation frequency in RTK fusion-positive versus RTK fusion-negative breast cancer patients, we observed that IGF1R (14.8% vs. 3.1%, P=0.004), CHD2 (11.1% vs. 2.3%, P=0.022), CBFB (7.4% vs. 0.9%, P=0.018) and PAK5 (7.4% vs. 1.0%, P=0.024) mutated more commonly in the fusion-positive cohort (Figure 4D). Here, CHD2 is linked to breast carcinoma.
