To further verify the effects of OLFML2A on glioma growth in immunocompetent animals, we transplanted C6 cells transfected with Scr-shRNA or OLFML2A-shRNA into the right striatum of Wistar rats (n = 5) and observed that OLFML2A downregulation strongly suppressed the growth of intracranial glioma by CT scan on days 14 and 19 after transplantation (Figure 9A).
