Enrichment information obtained from the KEGG pathway analysis revealed that R. Scrophulariae might play a role by regulating the HIF-1 signaling pathway, thyroid hormone signaling pathway, prolactin signaling pathway, cGMP-PKG signaling pathway and cAMP signaling pathway, and the HIF-1 signaling pathway was identified as the main pathway through which R. Scrophulariae treats hyperthyroidism. The gene discussed is PRL; the disease is hyperthyroidism.
