CD4+ cells and CD8+ cells were more frequent in GHPA than in NFPA samples (Fig. 3b, c), and the proportions of PD-L1-positive tumors in GHPA and NFPA samples were 64% (16/25) and 4% (1/25), respectively (Fig. 3d). Here, CD8A is linked to non-functioning pituitary adenoma.
