Considering the critical role of glycosylation on multiple integrins in cancer (Marsico et al., 2018), we examined the presence of N-glycosylation of ITGA2 in ovarian tumor tissues (n = 6) and cancer cell lines (n = 7) by peptide-N-glycosidase F (PNGaseF) treatment. Here, ITGA2 is linked to ovarian neoplasm.
