Our ITGA2 site-specific determination of total glycosylation revealed also 7 N-glycosylation sites and 5 sialylation sites (N343, N460, N475, N699, and N1057) spanning the entire structural domains of ITGA2 with complex type sialylated glycans in human ovarian cancer cells (Figure 2C). This evidence concerns the gene ITGA2 and ovarian carcinoma.
