Annexin V-PE staining revealed that the apoptosis of SESN2-overexpressing osteosarcoma cells treated with Dox (0.2 μg/mL) and 3-MA (3-methyladenine, 5 mM) was significantly higher than that in cells treated with Dox (0.2 μg/mL) alone and was close to the apoptosis of the control cells (Figure 4A). The gene discussed is SESN2; the disease is osteosarcoma.
