Therefore, based on our results, we can suggest a set of 7 miRNAs investigated in BC that may act in balance to promote tumorigenesis through targeting MYB (miR-1271-5p, miR-130a-5p and miR-134) and EZH2 (miR-138-5p, miR-455-3p, miR-487a and miR-487b). This evidence concerns the gene EZH2 and breast cancer.
