In the search for early biomarkers that can be identified at baseline and that have prognostic application for monitoring of B-ALL patients, our findings demonstrated that increased levels of CCL5, IFN-γ and IL-2 at baseline appeared as putative candidates of good prognosis in LR and MRD(-) B-ALL patients (Figures 1 and 4).
