As mentioned above, upregulation of Brf1 and Pol III genes is tightly linked to cell transformation and human cancer [5–8], once inhibition of Brf1 and Pol III gene transcription represses cell transformation of nontumor cells and colony formation of tumor cells by blocking the pathways which involve the activities of Brf1 and Pol III genes [4–8, 63].
