CD4 and neoplasm: We found that most immune cells have no significant differences, except for type 2 T helper cells, natural killer T cells, and activated CD4 T cells in the high- and low-risk groups; in particular, the infiltration of type 2 T helper cells, natural killer T cells, and activated CD4 T cells in the tumor tissues of patients in the low-risk group is significantly increased than the high-risk group (Figure 6(b)).
