Fluorescence microscopy and flow cytometry (Figure 3D) showed that LOXL2 KD sEV-treated mice had significantly reduced numbers of GFP+ HNSCC cells in the lung compared with those in the scramble control (Cal-27, P = 0.003; SCC-9, P = 0.01). The gene discussed is LOXL2; the disease is head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
