To investigate a possible role of β-ARs in the modulation of tumor growth and mechanical allodynia induced by para-tibial inoculation of K7M2 osteosarcoma cells, 10 days after K7M2 osteosarcoma cells inoculation, when allodynia was already present, mice were treated with the β1-AR antagonist atenolol, the β1-/β2-AR antagonist propranolol, the β3-AR antagonist SR59230A, or vehicle. The gene discussed is ADRB3; the disease is osteosarcoma.
