EFNA3 and familial pancreatic carcinoma: Previous studies indicated that miR-210 could regulate the expression of EFNA3 by binding to its 3’-UTR in pancreatic cancer cells [46], peripheral nerve sheath tumor cells [47], oral cancer cells [37], etc. Moreover, one study demonstrated that miR-210 can regulate the expression of EFNA3 to promote sensory axon regeneration in adult mice [48].
