Figure 4A and 4B showed the LUAD tumor size in the si-DARS-AS1 or DARS-AS1 ov. groups. Consistent with the in vitro findings, knockdown of DARS-AS1 resulted in significantly smaller tumors compared to the negative control (Figure 4A), while DARS-AS1 overexpression resulted in bigger tumors (Figure 4B). Furthermore, DARS-AS1 silencing led to reduced tumor growth rate and weight (Figure 4C and 4E, *p < 0.05), while opposite effects were observed with the up-regulation of DARS-AS1 (Figure 4D and 4F, *p < 0.05).
