A total of ten genes including CCL4, CSF2, CXCL5, CXCR2, GBP1, HLA-C, IL13, NFKB1, PTGS2, and STAT3 were observed to be under-expressed in the plasma samples of patients with high-grade glioma relative to low-grade glioma patients. Here, HLA-C is linked to central nervous system cancer.
