YTHDF2 and cancer: The Dishevelled‐mediated Wnt/PCP signaling has been shown to regulate vertebrate early development such as tissue patterning, morphogenesis, and cell migration, and also has an emerging role in disorders such as cancer progression.[32, 33] Thus regulation of Wnt5a‐PCP pathway by the synergistic action of YTHDF1 and YTHDF2 may have a broader implication in physiological and pathological conditions.
