Six out of nineteen upregulated sEVs proteins were found in exosomes derived from two different human GBM cell lines [47] (Tln1, Myh9, Thbs1, Flna, Vcan, and Lamb1), and five markers that the authors associate with GBM invasiveness were present in the sEVs dataset but were not dysregulated (App, Ecm1, Gapdh, Itgb1, and Mvp). The gene discussed is THBS1; the disease is glioblastoma.
