NFKB1 and psoriasis: In summary, while A and AS are limited in their anti-inflammatory capabilities concerning NF-κB, STAT3 and cytokine secretion, PAT also showed promising results in the inhibition of pro-inflammatory signaling in psoriasis-like PHKs, as seen by a reduction of NF-κB and STAT3 pathway activation and reduction in pro-inflammatory cytokine release.
