miR-1323 is highly expressed in exosomes of multidrug-resistant gastric cancer cells, and miR-1323 inhibits the expression of Cbl-b, leading to the activation of the ERK/Akt-ZEB1/ZEB2 axis, thereby promoting the EMT of gastric cancer sensitive cells and enhancing their invasion and migration ability. This evidence concerns the gene ZEB2 and gastric cancer.
