CRP and Hypoalbuminemia: At hospital admission, patients who developed AKD had more frequently a Brescia Score ≥2 (24.1% vs. 11.8%, p = 0.004), hypoalbuminemia (63.2% vs. 42.6%, p = 0.003) and acidemia (21.8% vs. 7.6%, p < 0.001), lower hemoglobin (12.1 ± 2.5 vs. 12.8 ± 2.2%, p = 0.011) and lower CRP (7.90 ± 7.56 vs. 11.1 ± 10.2, p = 0.009).
