TET2 and acute myeloid leukemia: TP53 mutations are less often linked with alterations in the RAS pathway (4%), FLT3 (6%) or NPM1 (8%), [4,112] and to a lesser frequency can co-exist with single nucleotide variants in recurrent AML genes like TET2, IDH1/2 and DNMT3A [12,13,66,112,116].
