To get an impression of whether or not the degree of colocalization between the A- and B-type lamin network differs in laminopathy patient dermal fibroblasts and if this can be quantified by both CSLM and STED microscopy, fibroblasts with an LMNA c.1130G>T (p.(Arg377Leu)) variant stained with antibodies against lamin A/C and/or lamin B1 were imaged with confocal and STED microscopy (Figure 10 and Figure S4). The gene discussed is LMNB1; the disease is laminopathy.
