MSU42011, in both the MMTV-Neu model of HER2-positive breast cancer and the A/J lung cancer model, increased anti-tumor CD8 T cells (Figure 4 and Figure 5), as seen by increased INFγ levels (MMTV-Neu, p = 0.0026), increased ratios of CD8:CD4, CD25 T cells, and decreased immunosuppressive FOXP3+ T cells (Figure 4 and Figure 5). This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and breast cancer.
