Patients with OMD on PSMA-PET/CT had significantly lower PSA levels (median, 1.5 vs. 7.8 ng/mL; p < 0.0001) and lower PSAvel (1.4 vs. 6.6 ng/mL/year; p < 0.0001) than patients with multimetastatic disease. This evidence concerns the gene FOLH1 and occult macular dystrophy.
