PARP1 and nonpapillary renal cell carcinoma: We selected ccRCC cell lines with the highest pADPr levels to study their response to PARP-1 inhibition (Figure 1A): four established ccRCC cell lines, 786-O, 769-P, SK-RC-45, and SK-RC-26b, and short-term cultured primary ccRCC cell line PNX0010 that were derived and established in our laboratory and have known low number of passages [21,22].
