We found that the EMT, coagulation, tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α-signaling via nuclear factor (NF)-κβ, interleukin (IL)-2/signal transduction and activator of transcription 5 (STAT5) signaling, apical junction, and androgen response, which are known as inflammation- and immune-related gene sets, were enriched with high LSM4 expression in breast tumors. Here, LSM4 is linked to breast neoplasm.
