LSM4 and juvenile Huntington disease: Finally, from MF results, “catalytic activity, acting on RNA” and “ATPase activity” were strongly associated with high LSM4 expression in BR tumors, while KEGG ontology indicated the role of pathways of neurodegeneration-multiple diseases, as well as other disease-related pathways, such as amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, Alzheimer’s disease, Huntington disease, and Parkinson’s disease (Figure 7).
