We found a downregulated expression of miR-1224-5p and upregulated activation of NLRP3 inflammasome in the ovarian tissue of PCOS mice, indicating the potential importance of miR-1224-5p in regulating the activation of NLRP3 inflammasome induced by DHEA in vitro. This evidence concerns the gene NLRP3 and polycystic ovary syndrome.
