GSEA analysis showed that chronic myeloid leukemia (enrichment score (ES) = 0.55; p-value = 0.010), cell cycle (ES = 0.53; p-value = 0.000), MAPK (ES = 0.45; p-value = 0.007), WNT (ES = 0.57; p-value = 0.006), TGFβ (ES = 0.56; p-value = 0.014), VEGF (ES = 0.80; p-value = 0.000), TLR (ES = 0.61; p-value = 0.004), and JAK-STAT (ES = 0.50; p-value = 0.044) pathways were significantly activated in samples of DLBCL associated with lymphomatous effusions (Fig. 3 and Supplementary Figures S9).
