The BTNL9 expression level was significantly downregulated in Bladder Urothelial Carcinoma (BLCA), Breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), Cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), Esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), Glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), Head and Neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), Kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), LUAD, and LUSC compared with normal tissues. Here, BTNL9 is linked to invasive breast carcinoma.
