As shown in Fig. 3A, CCL1 (AUC 0.9913, sensitivity 97%, specificity 98%), CXCL1 (AUC 0.9943, sensitivity 100%, specificity 93%), CXCL10 (AUC 0.9498, sensitivity 90%, specificity 85%) exhibited significant discriminatory power with high AUC values, sensitivity and specificity in discriminating confirmed TB from unlikely TB children.
