Similarly, as shown in Fig. 4B, the dual combination of chemokines CCL1/CXCL1 (AUC 0.966, sensitivity 87%, specificity 96%) CCL1/CXCL10 (AUC 0.990, sensitivity 97%, specificity 92%), CXCL1/CXCL10 (AUC 0.933, sensitivity 83%, specificity 92%) and triple combination of chemokines CCL1/CXCL1/CXCL10 (AUC 0.990, sensitivity 97%, specificity 92%) showed significant discriminatory power with high AUC, sensitivity and specificity in discriminating unconfirmed TB from unlikely TB children.
