[117] found that overexpressed circHIPK3 could sponge miR-326 in the cytoplasm in asthma, and then promoted the proliferation and migration as well as inhibited the apoptosis of ASMCs by acting on stromal interaction molecule 1 (STIM1), which may become a new strategy for treating asthma (Figure 3). The gene discussed is STIM1; the disease is asthma.
