TP53 and breast carcinoma: In a Dutch multi-facility study that conducted breast cancer surveillance in people with high risk of breast cancer, such as individuals with TP53 and BRCA1/2 pathogenic variant (MRISC, Dutch MRI Screening) [90], the breast cancer detection rate was high at 9.6% and 12.1% at the baseline and second MRI, respectively, and it remained high in the subsequent screenings: 6.7%, 3.4%, and 4.1%.
