The univariate Cox analysis results indicated that increased CKAP2L expression could be a risk factor for poor prognosis in glioma patients in the CGGA RNA-seq (HR = 1.796; 95%CI = 1.636-1.973, P < 0.001), CGGA microarray (HR = 1.864; 95%CI = 1.624-2.140, P < 0.001), and TCGA RNA-seq (HR = 1.244; 95%CI = 1.185-1.305, P < 0.001) datasets.
