The expression level of CKAP2L in acute myeloid leukemia (LAML) was significantly lower than that in the normal control group, but expression of CKAP2L in most malignant tumors was abnormally increased, including in glioblastoma (GBM), as shown in Figure 1(a). The gene discussed is CKAP2L; the disease is acute myeloid leukemia.
