We extracted serous ovarian cancers in this data set and found that 11 of the upregulated genes had better prognostic significance, including CD38, CXCL9, PSMB9, TAP1, GBP1, CXCL13, UBD, ISG20, CXCL11, STAT1, and WARS (Figure 7B). The gene discussed is CD38; the disease is ovarian serous adenocarcinoma.
